DirectorTraining.org MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This membership agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you
(“you”, “your”) and DirectorTraining.org & PTCFO, Inc. et all Online Incorporated (“DirectorTraining.org & PTCFO, INC. ET ALL”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”), governing your use of and participation in DirectorTraining.org & PTCFO, INC. ET ALL’s drive, ride and shipping forum and other related services (“Services”) through  
www.DirectorTraining.org (“Website’).

Please read this Agreement carefully. BY REGISTERING AS A MEMBER, YOU ARE
STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT
AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. If you do not agree with
the terms in this Agreement, your sole recourse is not to become a member of
DirectorTraining.org & PTCFO, INC. ET ALL or use the Services.  From time to time, DirectorTraining.org & PTCFO, INC. ET ALL may amend this Agreement. Amendments will be posted on the Website. Please check back frequently to see the terms of the Agreement then in effect. The amended Agreement will be effective on the effective date indicated therein. Your continued membership and use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you disagree with this Agreement, or any amendments to the Amendment, your sole recourse will be to cease using the Website, the Services, and/or to cancel your membership.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Website Terms of Use and Privacy
Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
 

  1. MEMBERSHIP


A. ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP
To be eligible to become a member of DirectorTraining.org and to use the Services, you must be over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you live and be capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.


B. HOW TO REGISTER
To become a DirectorTraining.org member, you must register on the Website by providing us with your email address, first name and last name and selecting a DirectorTraining.org  password. You will also be asked to complete optional and required biographic and demographic information about yourself to create your Member Profile, which we will use to match you with other DirectorTraining.org members and enhance the Services offered on the Website and which will be accessible to other DirectorTraining.org members. You may cancel your DirectorTraining.org membership at any time by contacting Us and requesting that your membership be cancelled.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your password. Keep your password in a secure place and do not allow any unauthorized persons to access the Website or the Services using your password. As an Directors Marketplace.COM member, you will be issued an ESOPDirector.com Account, described in more detail below. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your password and through your DirectorTraining.org. If you suspect that others have knowledge of your password, have accessed your DirectorTraining.org Account without consent, or suspect any other security breach, you are expected to report this to DirectorTraining.org immediately. Access to and use of password-protected areas of the Website is restricted to registered members. Attempting to access these member-only Services without authorization is prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your membership information (including but not
limited to your email address) up to date at all times. DirectorTraining.org reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual whose membership details have fallen out of date or which cannot be verified for any reason.

2. ACCOUNTS AND FEES

A. FEES
Use of the Website and registering to become a DirectorTraining.org member requires an annual membership fee.
We accept no responsibility for, and offer no information or advice or confirmation of,
the requirement for or sufficiency of, any such taxes or other government charges.


B. DirectorTraining.org Account
When you become a member of DirectorTraining.org, you will be issued a DirectorTraining.org Account. From time to time, DirectorTraining.org may offer promotion codes (“Promotion Codes”), redeemable on the Website for credits to their respective DirectorTraining.org Accounts (“DirectorTraining.org Credits”). DirectorTraining.org Credits will be applied automatically to any outstanding balance in a member’s DirectorTraining.org  Account; the value of a credit may vary depending on the member’s local currency. Please allow 72-hours for processing. Promotion Code and DirectorTraining.org Credits may expire or be subject to other terms and conditions which will be stipulated at the time of issue. Promotion Codes, DirectorTraining.org Credits and DirectorTraining.org Accounts are not transferable, do not have any cash value and are not exchangeable, returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Promotion Codes, DirectorTraining.org Credits and DirectorTraining.org Accounts may not be sold, traded or exchanged. Any attempt to do so may result in the cancellation of your DirectorTraining.org membership, and any associated DirectorTraining.org Credits or Promotion Codes being voided. Any applicable federal, state, provincial or other taxes associated with the collection or redemption of DirectorTraining.org Credits or the use of the DirectorTraining.org Account are the sole responsibility of the member. DirectorTraining.org will not be liable or responsible for any tax consequences which may flow from the collection or redemption of DirectorTraining.org Credits.

C. APPLICATION ON THE LINKEDIN®, FACEBOOK®1 OR OTHER PLATFORM
If you are a member of Facebook or other social network and choose to add the DirectorTraining.org application on the Facebook Platform to your Facebook account, you must consent to the Platform Application Terms of Use and the DirectorTraining.org Application Terms of Service which will be made available to you when you sign up for the application. By adding the DirectorTraining.org application to your SOCIAL NETWORK account, you consent to provide
DirectorTraining.org with access to certain personal information associated with your SOCIAL NETWORK profile. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and the SOCIAL NETWORK’S Privacy Policy. The DirectorTraining.org application will provide a meter on your SOCIAL NETWORK’S profile, will allow you to invite friends to become members of DirectorTraining.org.
